Is Wayloha free?

Yes. Free gives you 3 new trip plans every month, with no trial period and no credit card. Every trip plan is complete: every day worked out, with hotels, things to do, your budget and the booking links.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro gives you two extras: 10 new trip plans a month instead of 3, and every trip plan as a PDF or on paper. The trip plans themselves are exactly the same. Sharing, Trip Match, your world map and keeping your trip plans are in Free too.

What counts as a new trip plan?

Every trip plan we make for you: in the planner, as a road trip, or with Regenerate on an existing trip plan. A trip plan you made without an account counts once you add it to your account. What doesn't count: viewing, editing or sharing your trip plan, a copy of your own trip plan, saving a shared trip as your own, Trip Match, and a trip plan that fails. A road trip isn't saved to your account.

What happens when my trip plans for the month are used up?

Your existing trip plans stay put: you can open, edit and share them. From the 1st of the month you can make new ones; unused plans don't carry over. If you choose Pro now, this month's trip plans count: if you made 3, you can make 7 more this month.

Can I get my trip plan as a PDF without Pro?

No. PDF and print are part of Pro, including printing from your browser. Viewing your trip plan on your phone and sharing it through a link stay free.

How much does Wayloha Pro cost?

€5.99 a month or €39.99 a year, including VAT. Yearly works out at €3.33 a month and saves you €31.89 compared with twelve separate months. There are no extra costs.

How can I pay?

By credit card or a debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay on your phone. iDEAL isn't available for subscriptions. You pay through Stripe; we never see your card details.

When do I pay, and where do I find my invoice?

You pay straight away, and Pro starts right after. After that you pay every month or every year on the same day. You can always find your invoices under Manage your subscription at wayloha.com/upgrade.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Not in one step. Cancel your current subscription with the Manage your subscription button. When your Pro period has ended, choose Pro again with the other billing period. Want to switch sooner? Email hello@wayloha.com and we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel Pro any time?

Yes. Use the Manage your subscription button at wayloha.com/upgrade whenever you like. With a monthly subscription, or in the first year of a yearly one, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How does a yearly subscription work?

A yearly subscription renews automatically after a year, and we send you a reminder before every renewal. After the first year you can cancel with one month's notice. What you already paid for the months after that, we refund.

Can I get my money back if I change my mind?

Yes, within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Email hello@wayloha.com and you get your money back.

What happens to my trip plans if I stop Pro?

They stay saved. You can open, edit and share them. You go back to Free: 3 new trip plans a month, without PDF and print.

How does Wayloha make money if Free is free?

If you book a hotel or activity through a link in your trip plan, that company pays us a small fee. It costs you nothing extra. On top of that, travellers who choose Pro pay for it. That's what keeps Free free.
