Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Wayloha ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Wayloha is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates personalised itineraries. Itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions. Wayloha does not operate as a travel agency and does not book travel on your behalf.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for securing your account. You may not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free and Pro

Free includes up to 3 new trip plans a month and requires no payment. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription and includes up to 10 new trip plans a month plus PDF and print of your trip plans. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and include VAT.

Cancelling. You can cancel Pro at any time with the Manage your subscription button on wayloha.com/upgrade. With a monthly subscription, or in the first year of a yearly one, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Renewal. A monthly subscription continues month by month. A yearly subscription renews automatically after the first year. After that first year you can always cancel with one month's notice; we refund what you paid in advance for the months after that. We send you a reminder before every yearly renewal.

Cooling-off period. Within 14 days of your first payment you can stop Pro without giving a reason and get your money back. Email hello@wayloha.com.

If we change a price, we tell you at least one month in advance. The new price only applies from your next period, and you can cancel before then.

5. AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Hotel names, prices and activity details should be independently verified before booking. Wayloha is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to scrape or copy our content at scale, or to generate content intended to mislead or deceive others.

7. Intellectual property

The Wayloha platform, brand and UI are owned by Wayloha. AI-generated itineraries you create are yours for personal travel planning. You may not resell or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayloha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
