1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Wayloha ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Wayloha is an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates personalised itineraries. Itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions. Wayloha does not operate as a travel agency and does not book travel on your behalf.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for securing your account. You may not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free and paid subscriptions
The free plan includes up to 3 itinerary generations per month. Pro subscriptions are offered on a subscription basis. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
5. AI-generated content
Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Hotel names, prices and activity details should be independently verified before booking. Wayloha is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to scrape or copy our content at scale, or to generate content intended to mislead or deceive others.
7. Intellectual property
The Wayloha platform, brand and UI are owned by Wayloha. AI-generated itineraries you create are yours for personal travel planning. You may not resell or redistribute them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayloha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
